A studio or site conversation about how you live, what you own, the timeline and the budget band. We leave with a measured survey and a written brief.

Six disciplines, one studio and one contract. Below is exactly what each engagement covers, and what you receive at the end of it.
We do not sub-contract the thinking. Every drawing, every bill of quantities and every site instruction originates in our studio.

We begin where the walls are. Circulation, sightlines, ceiling planes, natural light and built-in joinery are resolved as one drawing set, so the finished interior feels inevitable rather than decorated.
Our turnkey mandate covers design, procurement, site execution and styling under a single agreement. You approve a drawing and a number, and we carry both to completion.

Kitchens are engineered before they are styled. We plan the work triangle, the appliance loads and the service routing, then specify cores and hardware rated for the humidity your city actually has.
When a room needs a nine-foot sideboard or a bed with a specific headboard radius, we draw it, prototype the profile and build it. Solid timber, veneers and upholstery are selected sample by sample.

We design in three layers: ambient, task and accent, each on its own circuit. Art and objects are then curated to the palette so the room reads as one composition after dark as well as at noon.
Commercial work is measured in headcount, footfall and downtime. We plan to your occupancy brief, phase construction around live operations and deliver on a fixed programme.

No handoffs between a designer who draws and a contractor who guesses. The same team carries your project from the first survey to the last touch-up.

Layout options, material boards and photoreal 3D views of every room. Nothing is ordered until you have seen the space as it will actually be.
Working drawings, joinery sections and a line-item BOQ. Materials are locked, samples signed off and the full procurement schedule is issued.
In-house supervision, weekly photo reports and a documented snag list. We hand over styled, cleaned and ready to live in.
Everything between an empty shell and a styled, cleaned home: design and drawings, 3D visualisation, civil and electrical works, false ceilings, modular and bespoke joinery, painting, lighting, soft furnishing and final styling. One contract, one schedule, one point of accountability.
A 3BHK apartment typically runs eight to twelve weeks on site after drawings are frozen. Independent villas and homes with structural changes run sixteen to twenty-four weeks. We issue a dated programme before work begins and report against it weekly.
We work to a line-item bill of quantities, so every item is priced individually and you can see exactly what changes when a specification changes. Payments are staged against milestones, never against time elapsed.
Yes. We take on execution-only mandates where the concept is already set, and we also take over stalled projects. In both cases we re-survey the site and issue a fresh drawing set before quoting.
We do. Outside our home city we work with a resident site engineer and travel for milestone reviews. Travel and stay are quoted transparently as a separate line.
You receive a warranty document covering joinery, hardware and workmanship, along with a care guide for every material used. We run a courtesy service visit at three months and remain reachable after that.
We specify a short list of honest materials and use them properly. Nothing here needs replacing in five years to still look considered.

Share the drawings or the address and we will prepare a line-item estimate, a realistic programme and a clear scope of what is and is not included.
